1. Manage Collaborators allows you to add others as reading list collaborators, with appropriate rights.
2. Start typing in the other instructor's name to search and Send Invitation to inform them.
3. Set the appropriate rights for collaborators using the arrow drop down (Can manage lists or Can edit list).
