About this Guide

DD1004 is a core module that is open to undergraduates of School of ADM.

This guide is intended to provide a one-stop resource for all students taking this course, more specifically when it comes to finding and accessing the library resources, as well as citing them.

This course provides an introduction to the rich diversity of Asian art, specifically to the art and architecture of South Asia, Southeast Asia, and East Asia, and the students will look, think about, and read about major artworks within their cultural, religious, economic, and political contexts, paying close attention to their producers and their patrons, as well as to their media, iconographies, and style.
