Ms Yuyun Wirawati ISHAK, Senior Assistant Director, Institutional Repositories, NTU Library (Chair) Yuyun leads the Institutional Repositories team in managing digital repositories: DR-NTU and DR-NTU (Data). The team aims to actively engage stakeholders, improve repositories' work processes and curation, and keep abreast of best practices and developments in digital repositories. As an active member of CoreTrustSeal Assembly of Reviewers, Yuyun participates in the review and certification of trustworthy data repositories and contributes to the development of certification's requirements. Yuyun joins DataCite APAC Expert Group in Jan 2024 and engages in initiative to enhance the visibility and impact of research data. |

Ms Yasmin ALLY, Librarian, Open Science & Research Services, NTU Library Yasmin conducts workshops and offers personalised consultations to NTU faculty, research staff and students on open science and research data management best practices to improve the reusability of their research. She actively collaborates with NTU researchers to maximise the visibility of their research, by incorporating the optimal use of researcher identifiers, persistent identifiers for their research outputs, and benchmarking metrics. She has presented at seminars and workshops organised by Library Association of Singapore, NTU Research Support Office and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. |

Mr Simon COATES, Librarian, Learning and Research Services, SIT Library Simon is a Research Services Librarian at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), where he manages the University’s institutional repository. He also provides research consultations and conducts workshops for faculty, research staff and students on information research skills and best practices in research data management. |

Ms DONG Danping, Senior Librarian, Research Services, SMU Libraries Danping is currently the Senior Research Services Librarian at Singapore Management University supporting scholarly communications, Research Data Management and institutional repositories. Recently her area of interest has been expanded into research tools, data analysis and computational research methods. |

Mr Richard HO, Senior Librarian, Scholarly Communication Librarian, NUS Libraries Richard currently leads the Scholarly Communication team at NUS Libraries. As part of the Education, Research & Enterprise Partnership Cluster, the team partners with the NUS community on their research journey, and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to advance Scholarly Communication and ScholarBank@NUS initiatives at NUS. |

Ms Puay Yong JUAY, Senior Manager, Research & Training, SUTD Library Puay Yong oversees the Engagement, Scholarly Communications, and the Circulations Team in the SUTD Library. She works closely with the University Librarian to oversee the development and planning of the Library operations. Puay Yong is passionate in using her extensive experience as an information professional to meeting the information and research needs of the community. |

Ms Debra Bernadette L’ANGELLIER, Senior Librarian, Digital Library Services, SUSS Library Debra is a Senior Librarian at the SUSS Library, where she is part of a dynamic team dedicated to research, consultations, and instructional workshops. She conducts library workshops to enhance students' information literacy. Beyond her role in facilitating knowledge acquisition, Debra is also part of the communication team, actively working to elevate awareness of the SUSS Library's resources and services. |

Ms OOI Lian Ping, Senior Unit Head, Information & Scholarly Communication Services, NIE Library Lian Ping is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of scholarly communication and information services at the National Institute of Education Library, Nanyang Technological University. She oversees the NIE repositories, data management planning & data curation services, as well as open science & research support initiatives. |

Ms Jenny WONG, Senior Librarian, Learning and Research Services, SIT Library Jenny leads the Learning and Research Services team at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). With over a decade of academic library expertise, she integrated the library’s information and digital literacy programme into the undergraduate formal curriculum, and was one of the instrumental players in rolling out the University’s research repository and data management plan |

Ms Jessie TANG, Librarian, NIE Library Jessie Tang, a librarian at the National Institute of Education, specializes in advancing open research and scholarly communication. Jessie curates NIE’s publications and provides expert support in systematic reviews and author identity management. Her role involves enhancing research visibility and impact through innovative initiatives and effective use of library tools. |
