Dr Willie KOH is the Director of NTU Research Integrity and Ethics Office (RIEO) and provides oversight over the governance, compliance and outreach related to research integrity, research ethics, and research data management. He is interested in building up the responsible conduct of research amongst researchers so that research outputs benefiting society can be maximised. |

Ms GOH Su Nee, Deputy Director and Lead, Open Science and Research Services, NTU Library Su Nee is the Deputy Director and Team Lead for the Open Science and Research Services Team. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that empower the NTU research community to adopt best practices in open science, research data management planning, bibliometrics, research visibility, and open access publishing. She leads a high performing team that is involved in guiding efforts in these areas, fostering partnerships with stakeholders, and providing comprehensive support and guidance to researchers. |

Dr NG Magdeline Tao Tao, Vice University Librarian and Cluster Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation, National University of Singapore Dr. Magdeline Ng, is the Vice University Librarian at NUS Libraries She also contributes as a board member at the FSTA Librarian Advisory Board. Magdeline co-teaches two popular courses - ALS1010 Strategic Learning: A Holistic Approach to Studying and ALS1020 Learning to choose better (general undergraduate electives) at NUS. She co-authored the book, Strategic Learning: A Holistic Approach to Studying. Her scholarship includes works on systematic review, pedagogical research and innovative teaching methods. |

Ms Caroline PANG, University Librarian, Nanyang Technological University Library Ms Caroline Pang is the University Librarian of Nanyang Technological University, overseeing the Office of Information, Knowledge and Library Services (OIKLS). She is responsible for developing and executing the vision and strategic plan for OIKLS to become a world-class academic library through the innovative use of information services, resources, physical spaces and close collaborations with stakeholders. |

Dr Natalie PANG Lee San, University Librarian, National University of Singapore Dr Natalie Pang is the University Librarian at NUS Libraries, and concurrently Head of the Department of Communications and New Media. Her teaching and research is in digital citizenship, inclusion and wellbeing, and digital humanities. She serves in various academic leadership roles at international conferences and journals, and is also an expert member of the Inclusive Policy Lab at UNESCO. Natalie is interested in AI / new media and information ethics, and data governance in a digital society. |

Ms Judy TEO, University Librarian, Singapore University of Technology and Design Library Judy has 40 years of experience in librarianship and has taken on many different leadership positions in various types of libraries. She is currently, the University Librarian of the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). Besides leading the SUTD Library, she is currently involved in the University’s initiative called the SUTD campusX which aims to pioneer a fun, safe, and inclusive educational experience at SUTD, where lifelong tertiary learners can leverage innovative cyber-physical techno-pedagogies to personalize their learning journeys and achieve optimal learning outcomes. |

Associate Professor Navin Kumar VERMA, Head, Good Research Practice Office, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine Associate Professor Navin Kumar Verma completed his PhD and postdoctoral training in Clinical Medicine at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. In 2014, Dr Verma joined Lee Kong Chan School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where he is currently an Associate Professor of Immunology and Cell Biology. His research is focused on T-cell immunology implicated in wound healing and cancer, and has published over 100 papers, which are widely cited with h-index of 37. He has filed 5 patents and won several national and international awards for his work. He is also an elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, UK. |

Ms YEO Pin Pin, Head, Research Services, Singapore Management University Libraries Ms Yeo Pin Pin is the Head of Research Services at the Singapore Management University Libraries. She oversees the Research Publications in the SMU research management system, institutional repository and data repository. She has an interest in bibliometrics and is involved in measuring citation impact of SMU publications and unique author identification. She has published in library journals and presented at various library conferences. |

Ms YEOH Seok Kwan, Consultant, Library and Information Services Centre, National Institute of Education Seok Kwan is a Consultant with the National Institute of Education. She was the Chief Librarian of the National Institute of Education, NTU, Singapore from Oct 2009 to 31 July 2024. She led a team of 26 librarians at NIE, providing resources and services essential for teaching, learning and research. Passionate about digital transformation, Seok Kwan successfully built digital libraries and spearheaded numerous digitalization initiatives. Experienced in setting up and transforming brick and mortar libraries, she also actively cultivates the library profession and is instrumental in establishing inter-library cooperation among local and overseas libraries.

Ms Yasmin ALLY, Librarian, Open Science & Research Services, NTU Library Yasmin conducts workshops and offers personalised consultations to NTU faculty, research staff and students on open science and research data management best practices to improve the reusability of their research. She actively collaborates with NTU researchers to maximise the visibility of their research, by incorporating the optimal use of researcher identifiers, persistent identifiers for their research outputs, and benchmarking metrics. She has presented at seminars and workshops organised by Library Association of Singapore, NTU Research Support Office and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. |

Ms Celine LEE Ser Lin, Manager, Good Research Practice, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine Celine is the Manager of the Good Research Practice Office, which was incepted in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU in 2018. She oversees matters related to research integrity, ethics, compliance and data management practices. She also creates the content and conducts Team-based learning workshops on emerging research integrity topics and challenges. To enhance the research integrity climate of NTU, she has published two research articles in the past 3 years. She was the co-first author and a co-author in BMC Medical Ethics journal publications, titled “Effectiveness of data auditing as a tool to reinforce good research data management (RDM) practice: a Singapore study” and “Perception and reaction of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) researchers to different forms of research integrity education modality”, respectively. |
