Su Nee is the Deputy Director and Team Lead for the Open Science and Research Services Team. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that empower the NTU research community to adopt best practices in open science, research data management planning, bibliometrics, research visibility, and open access publishing. She leads a high performing team that is involved in guiding efforts in these areas, fostering partnerships with stakeholders, and providing comprehensive support and guidance to researchers.

Su Nee's library management experience includes bibliographic services, subject librarianship, library facilities planning, scholarly communication, copyright, research data management, open science and bibliometrics services. She is currently a member of the following groups:
Her past work experience includes 3 years of teaching experience with the Diploma in Information Studies/Management programme in Temasek Polytechnic. She served as Vice President of the Information & Knowledge Management Society of Singapore in 2005-6 and Assistant Honorary Secretary of Library Association of Singapore in 2001.
In addition to her library portfolio, she served as the Secretariat for the NTU Provost's Council 2020-2022.
Su Nee was awarded the Commendation Medal by the President of the Republic of Singapore as part of the National Day Honours in 2017.
She was also awarded the LAS-APBSLG (SG) (Library Association of Singapore - Asia Pacific Business School Librarians' Group Singapore) Passion Award in 2020.
