Jing Wen is the Acting Lead for NTU Library's Digital Technology & Analytics Team and his work involves the development and implementation of library IT infrastructure that enhances and supports the learning, teaching, and research needs of the NTU community.

Jing Wen first joined the NUS Libraries as an Assistant Librarian managing the library's electronic resources, and then went on to take up the Masters of Science in Information Studies in 2008 at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication & Information. He later joined NTU Library in 2012, starting as a Librarian in the Serials and Electronic Resources Division and also the Subject Librarian for Physics. Then he moved on to the Digital Technology and Analytics Team where he became a Senior Librarian looking into library data management and analytics infrastructure.
