Samantha is a Deputy Director with the Digital Scholarship & Education Team. She provides instruction and consultation service on the use of digital tools and methods for visualising information, namely, geospatial information and timelines.

Before joining NTU Library, Samantha has had the opportunity to work in the National Library as a Reference and a Public librarian. While at NTU, she spent her first years in Acquisitions and Serials before moving on to manage Circulation Services (also known as reader services) and later Scholarly Communication.
Samantha is a member of the Library Association of Singapore and has held various appointments:
She has been a member of the ASEAN Citation Working Committee since 2015.
