Charlotte is Assistant Manager from the Academic Engagement Team at NTU Library.

Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Linguistics and Multilingual Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, 2016

Professional Experience, Specialisation & Memberships

Charlotte joined NTU Library in June 2024. Her work covers faculty outreach and engagement, systematic search services, reference enquiries, and copyright advisory. She is also involved in the publishing of Open Educational Resources (OER), including the Copyright for Learning and Teaching (2025, NTU Library).

Before entering the Library, she worked at the School of Humanities as a member of an international research team that surveyed the language use of university students across the Asian region. During this period, Charlotte has been rigorously trained in data management and analysis, bibliometric research, sociolinguistic research, as well as the publication of books and journal articles.
