Yao Yao is a Senior Librarian with NTU Library's User Services & Spaces Team. Her focus is on space planning and facilities & equipment management. She also assists in library operations and enquiries.

Yao Yao joined NTU Library in 2012 as a subject librarian for Chinese studies (Chinese language & culture). In 2016, she moved on to the Instructional Services Division focusing on Reference Management Software: EndNote instruction and E-learning support. In Dec 2017, Yao Yao was rotated to the newly formed Scholarly Publishing & Impact Team to manage the digital repository of NTU (DR-NTU). Currently, she is with the User Services and Spaces Team.
She was a member of the Training & Development Committee, Library Association of Singapore from 2015 to 2017.
