Vivien leads Digital Learning and Literacies and is responsible for developing and implementing digital literacy frameworks and driving strategies that empower the NTU community to thrive in their learning in a technology-rich environment.

Vivien has been working in libraries for over 20 years, from serving in public, special, national and academic libraries to developing and managing library collections to hothousing digital, knowledge and arts initiatives. She also had the honour and privilege of founding the Yale-NUS College Library and the digital-first Singapore University of Social Sciences Library.
She is a member of the Library Association of Singapore and served as its Honorary Assistant Secretary from 2003 to 2005.
