Shuxian is an Assistant Manager of the NTU Institutional Repositories.
She administers data curation, maintain metadata standards, assesses and reports on research data archiving for the NTU Institutional Repositories.
She also conducts workshops and provide advices for researchers on compliance with NTU research data archival and sharing policies.

Shuxian worked as a research assistant and project officer at the Nanyang Technological University(NTU) after graduating from college, and then worked as an operations analyst at Shopee and Tencent. She is glad to be back to NTU and join the big family of the NTU Library.
