Staff Profile: Phoebe Lim

Senior Assistant Director

Introduction

Phoebe is with the Administration & Operations team. She is currently working on talent management initiatives together with the Library Planning and Effectiveness team and Office of Human Resources. 

She is also working with the Collection Development & Finance team and the Resources, Discovery & Access team to capture best practices for responsible collection development & management and collection assessment initiatives.

Professional Experience, Specialisation & Memberships

Phoebe started her library career with the National Library Board working in Jurong East Community Library and Bukit Panjang Community Library.

After receiving her Master's degree, she joined NTU Library as a library promotion librarian and serve as a subject librarian for Communication Research, Mass Communication and Art History. She also had the opportunity to work on new service initiatives like subject guides, Blogs@NTU and social media engagement, as well as run the Art, Design & Media Library.
