Loo Shien is Lead of the Digital Technology & Analytics (DTA) Team.

With 15 years of experience working for libraries, Loo Shien has knowledge and skills in both backend and frontend library services. He is now learning and practising advanced data analytics, as well as developing his knowledge of digital transformation and IT service management.
