Junaidah is a Senior Library Executive with NTU Library's Service Innovation and Excellence Team.

Before joining NTU Library, Junaidah managed the Resource Centre at the MOE Malay Language Centre (MLCS). In addition to her professional experience, she is an accomplished author of two best-selling novels that gained widespread recognition across Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, and Singapore. She also co-authored four anthologies of Malay short stories.
Junaidah has been featured alongside international writers and was invited as a guest speaker at the 2019 Singapore Writers Festival and by the National Library Board (NLB). In February 2020, she was highlighted in NLB’s Singapore Writers Series and participated as a guest speaker at the Literature Forum.
Beyond her literary accomplishments, Junaidah brings extensive experience in managing supply chains and customer service, local corporations and multinational companies, including SMRT, PT Pertamina, Sabah Shell Petroleum Co., and Teijin Polycarbonates Ltd.
