Josephine is an Assistant Manager with the Resources, Discovery and Access team. Her work involves the renewal of electronic materials. She also assists with the assessment and review of library resources using data analytics.

Josephine joined the Medical Library at LKCMedicine, NTU in 2016 as a part-time staff and converted to a full-time Executive in 2017. She left in 2019 and rejoined NTU Libraries in 2022 where she was a part of the Collection Development and Finance team. She is now with the Resources, Discovery and Access team.
Prior to rejoining NTU, she worked at the Infocomm Media Development Authority where she processed and managed study award applications and recipients.
