Ernawatie is a Senior Library Executive with Scholarly Publishing & Impact (SPI) team. Her work is mainly to curate and deposit NTU papers to DR-NTU (Open Access) so as to increase visibility and impact, giving priority to librarian-mediated submissions. In addition, she also provides citation reports for faculty during P&T exercise twice yearly.
Ernawatie joined NTU as a corporate support officer on 2 October 2006. She has accumulated vast experience in frontline customer service and administrative work throughout her career in the private sector, a government agency, and currently in NTU.
