Ernawatie is a Senior Library Executive with Information Services (IS) team. Her work is mainly to support the maintenance of academic profile records and support outreach for new faculty.
Ernawatie joined NTU as a corporate support officer on 2 October 2006. She has accumulated vast experience in frontline customer service and administrative work throughout her career in the private sector, a government agency, and currently in NTU.
