I am Lead Information Services Team at NTU Library.

2002 - Master of Science, Information Science, City University London

1997 - Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Marketing Institute of Singapore

1993 - Bachelor of Arts (with merit), National University of Singapore

Professional Experience, Specialisation & Memberships

Prior to joining NTU Library, Bee Eng has had the opportunity to work with the National Library Board and Lien Ying Chow Library. While at NTU Library, she has worked in various departments, including:

Jul 24 to present: Lead, Information Services Team

Aug 2021 to Jun 2024: Lead, Digital Innovations Team. 

2019 to Jul 2021:

As a team member of the Scholarly Publishing and Impact Team, I am involved in the management of the institutional repository DR-NTU, hosting and support for scholarly journals or conference proceedings edited at NTU, providing citation reports, offering advisory and consulting services on scholarly publishing, open access and research profiles.

2010 to 2019

Assistant Director: As a team member of the OIKLS Online University Press, I was involved in the exploration and research of setting up a library publishing unit. I was previously responsible for managing and ensuring that access services support the teaching, learning and research activities in the University as well as serving as the liaison librarian for the School of Biological Sciences.

2007 to 2010:

Senior Librarian: Responsible for overseeing the general circulation operations of the Library as well as providing support for the School of  Biological Sciences in ensuring that adequate resources and instructional services are delivered to meet the needs of the faculty, researchers and students.
