Shanti is a Library Executive with NTU Library's User Services and Engagement Team and her work involves in supporting the operational functions of NTU's 7 libraries.

Shanti joined NTU Library as a clerical officer in 2000 and worked in the Circulation Department providing to a combination of front-line customer service and clerical functions for the division. In 2009, she worked in the Business Library and later on in 2016, she moved to work in Communication and Information Library to support the operational functions of the Library.
