Toby is a Senior Librarian with NTU Library's Digital Technologies & Analytics Team and his work involves managing the library services platform.

Professional Experience, Specialisation & Memberships

Toby joined Nanyang Technological University on Monday, November 14, 2016. He managed access to electronic resources through Ezproxy and Citrix XenApp. In 2017, he was tasked with managing the library management system. Prior to joining Nanyang Technological University, he was the Access Librarian in Yale-NUS College Library between 2014 and 2016, managing interlibrary loan, document delivery, course reserves and readings. He was a System Analyst in Ngee Ann Polytechnic Library between 2007 and 2014, managing the library's domain, servers, equipment, applications and the library management system. He worked in the Information Technology industry as a Programmer and Systems Analyst between 1997 and 2007. Toby has been a member of the Library Association of Singapore since 2008.
