Xiao Xuan is an Assistant Manager with NTU Library’s Communication and Outreach Team. Her work includes managing content creation for various channels to engage with Library stakeholders and assisting with implementing online and offline marketing campaigns to support Library projects.

Before coming to NTU Library, Xiao Xuan has completed a marketing and communication internship with Singapore International Festival of Arts (SIFA), as well as an editorial and marketing internship with National University of Singapore (NUS) Press. She has also had a stint as a freelance translator and was a passionate advocate for artfully (and locally!) made chocolate as a retail assistant with Janice Wong Singapore.
A theatre enthusiast, Xiao Xuan has been actively involved in student-run productions throughout most of her schooling years as actor, director, or playwright. In 2019, her short play written for the TheatreWorks 24-Hour Playwriting Competition earned her the Open Category Merit Prize.
A keen interest in languages has also led Xiao Xuan to study Japanese as a third language in addition to English and Mandarin. In 2020, she received N2-level certification under the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
In her free time, Xiao Xuan can be found reading, geeking out over games, or sending memes to her friends.
