Benedict is a Senior Assistant Manager in the  Planning, Communications and Outreach Team. His work includes collecting, analysing and reporting on user sentiments and information.

- Post-Diploma Certificate in Business Intelligence, Republic Polytechnic

Benedict has more than seven years of experience in the Library and Information Management sector as a Librarian. He has worked for National Library Board and Cybrarian Ventures Pte Ltd prior to his current post at NTU Library.
