Benedict is a Senior Assistant Manager in the Library Planning & Effectiveness Team, University Librarian's Office. His work centres on organisational development, organisational excellence, and strategic planning. Recent projects that he has contributed to include the university-wide Library Survey and an NTU Library heritage exhibition feature local pioneer, Mr Lee Wee Nam.

Benedict has more than seven years of experience in the Library and Information Management sector as a Librarian. He has worked for National Library Board and Cybrarian Ventures Pte Ltd prior to his current post at NTU Library.
