Introduction

Alan is a Senior Librarian and Team Lead for User Services & Spaces Team. His work involves managing the library operations, memberships and circulation matters, as well as overseeing the library space planning and facilities management.

Professional Experience, Specialisation & Memberships

Alan started his library career with the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) Library as a Library Officer in 2005, managing the library's facilities, maintenance of the Library Management System and taking care of circulation matters. Alan then joined the NTU Library in 2007 as a Facilities Planning Librarian, working on upgrading and providing new facilities in the various libraries at NTU. Alan was also a Business Librarian providing Business related information and resources to the NTU community and promoting the use of the Business Library.
